SET UP TIME:                    8:00 – 9:30 am
FAIR TIME:                       10:00 am – 3:00 pm
BREAKDOWN TIME:       3:00 – 4:30 pm

Vendors’ Fee:                      $45.00

We plan to publicize the Craft Fair on the Times Union, Daily Gazette, the Colonie-Delmar Spotlight, Altamont Enterprise, Guilderland Public Access Channel, and various other media. We hope to make this a very successful day for everyone. A snack bar will be serving breakfast and lunch items at reasonable rates.

Fair Requirements
Our school has a limited amount of parking. We ask all crafters to please move their cars to the designated parking area as soon as you unload your crafts. (Failure to abide by this request may result in a vendor not receiving an invitation to return.) All vendors must supply their own table(s) and chairs.

No children under the age of 12 are permitted to stay at the Craft Booth.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on school property, outside or inside.
